Good customer service responsiveness

Being a new business meant there were some early issues with handling some of the mail that began arriving.

The issues were sorted very quickly through the internal messaging system. Messages were responded to promptly.

Excellent service experience after 6 years

I wanted to thank from the bottom of my heart to all the dear UKPOSTBOX team
And especially Team Room Mail for dedicated, responsible work, constant listening ear, and warm, kind heart
I chose you and I was never disappointed, I do not want to choose anywhere else in the world for shipping and other services only UKPOSTBOX
I feel that I am in a place with good and reliable Jews
Dear people appreciate the place called UKPOSTBOX Do not choose anywhere else in the world only in such an important and important company
I wanted to share with you that I was required to order shipping from the UK to a 14kg package, was very dedicated to handling the delivery and delivering it to the shipping company
I ordered it independently for pickup
The shipment arrived in Israel within 7 days and was successfully received without any damage / loss / sabotage / or any other agony
The shipment arrived safely and accurately as packed and left UKPOSTBOX
UKPOSTBOX Good people direct and warm and kind hearted
They always help me and allow me to order pickup freelance in their own way
And choose the cheapest and best payment method and route for the customer
And behave to customers in a very human way

I didn't know a quality place like UKPOSTBOX around the world
I appreciate this place and all the people who are in it

And I would really like to see UKPOSTBOX expand to the US so that from the United States we can also order shipments to the rest of the world

And another enhancement to add to UKPOSTBOX and I'd love to see this suggested, BUY FOR ME option
Pay you in advance for the cost of ordering on the credit card and scheduled to be sent to your personal mailbox at UKPOSTBOX
This option is very useful and consumable and it is necessary that not all households around the world respect international credit cards from other countries
Would like to recommend to improve the service experience, to reduce the delivery acceptance fee from 5 pounds to 2 pounds for all types of deliveries

Not Worth It

I stayed with this company UKPostbox when they took over from the original company I started with in 2012 called. Prime Secreterial. So far it has been a crappy experience. Since 2022, I have had the same issue with them.
They'll always remember to send me emails when they need me to TOPUP my account with money which they had drained. Or they'll remember to email me when my yearly subscription with them needs renewal.
But they will "NEVER" remember to email me to let me know when I receive letters which is part of the service I am paying them to provide.
Instead they will hold the letters for 30 days then start draining my "topup" with what they call a storage charge for the letters. They will continue to take money (storage charge) monthly from the topup you've left with them to use in forwarding your mails until all the money is gone.
Then they'll remember you have an email and repeatedly email you to top up your account. Only when you log into your account with them to investigate. will you find out that you have letters with them and they've been charging you to store it. Why would I want you to store important mails that most likely require urgent response?
A couple of times, since 2022, when I had complained, they've refunded the money when I'm due to renew my subscription. Apologised and promised to do better. Then they repeat it. This has been going on since 2022. Enough is enough. I shall NOT be renewing with them end of this August 2024. and I WILL NOT be recommending them to ANY business. PERIOD!

Excellent service and top notch tech department

Excellent service, best choice we could have made for our company. The customer service is via a messaging portal but don't let that fool you - they respond quickly and have helped with various queries I've had.

Big thanks to Adam from the tech department for helping me diagnose why I wasn't receiving notification for new post that had arrived, and big thanks to Chris for ensuring I was sent the link to leave a review!

EFFECTIVE EFFICIENT

I needed to set up a secondary buisness using my postbox address not only was it easy but when asked for trading ID which I had not received via a utility bill the customer support team sent me to a link which allowed me to easily sot this out and get back on track. When you want effective service think uk post box

The service works..

The service works. it does what it says it does! Not a lot more to say. I used it for a year whilst temporarily overseas, but wanting to retain a UK address for banks etc., and it worked.

None of the alternatives are work considering!

UK Postbox were very helpful getting…

UK Postbox were very helpful getting things set up quickly and so far everything has worked extremely well. I work for a small UK charity and we have no office so the service they provide is perfect for our organisation. I can even check our post when I'm travelling and it's great to be able to have a street address that we can also use as our registered address.

Couldn't figure out the cost of posting…

Couldn't figure out the cost of posting a letter, all the way through it doesn't give you a price looks like it's free. Then they deduct money giving your account a negative balance. Charge is more than the postage calculator states, theres an additional hidden fee on top of the postage. Seemingly no way to cancel the letter.

When sending a letter, you'll need to pay for the postage (such as a stamp) as well as the charge to print and process your item. Our postage calculator demonstrates the cost of shipping only.

Unfortunately once a letter send has been processed and handed to Royal Mail, there is no way to cancel as your letter is already on its way.

Setting up something online is not always easy especially when you need to provide various documents. Debbie and the team guided us through the process and were very helpful in suggesting an alternative when one particular document was not acceptable.
The options available through UK Postbox are great for anyone looking to set up virtual post office address in the UK.

I have been a customer of UKPostBox for…

I have been a customer of UKPostBox for around 11 years since April 2013. Their customer support is excellent. The letters scanning is prompt. Although I tried few other Post Box and letters forwarding/scanning services in UK but none of them matched the service quality and the standards of UK PostBox. Their customer service staff are very friendly and supportive.
