I can only comment on the process of purchasing insurance for my new mobility scooter online. It was a straightforward process. I cannot comment yet on the quality of the cover or ease of making a claim.

Jul 8, 2024The member of staff called Tom was very helpful and read the detail of policy in an easy to listen pace. He kept ensuring I was happy with each section and checking if I had any questions. He was kind enough to agree to ring me in a week if the payroll company had not paid the insurance. This reassured me as I was keen to ensure the policy didn’t lapse for my carers
